AJA OG-2T Overview

The AJA 2-Channel 3G-SDI to Single Mode LC Fiber Transmitter allows you to convert two independent 3G-SDI video signals and extend them over two independent, matched LC fiber outputs via single-mode fiber. This openGear-style dual-slot card features two 3G-SDI BNC inputs and two LC optical fiber outputs, designed to be installed into an OG-X-FR, OG-3-FR, or DFR-8321 openGear frame. Monitoring and control of the card can be accomplished using the openGear DashBoard software on macOS, Windows, or Linux computers.

The card supports format-agnostic video with bandwidth speeds ranging from 150 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s. Its key features include automatic detection, re-clocking, pass-through capability, input/SMPTE lock LEDs, and a 1310 nm wavelength. The card occupies two slots within the openGear frame, consumes 2.5W of power, and supports hot-swapping.
