Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. Mediasys reserves the right to reject returns, refunds requests. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order.

Is my product eligible for return?

Please note that your item can be returned and refunded only under the following conditions: if the item delivered to you is different from the one you ordered, or if the item received is physically damaged, not in working condition, or has a manufacturing defect. Please note that any such requests must be made within 12 hours of receipt.

Please note the following guidelines for returning products:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and with the seal intact. If the product has been used, the original box has been opened or the seal has been removed, we will not be able to process a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
For a product that is not working due to a manufacturing defect, please return the product along with the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories.

Payment refund

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 working days after the product is returned, inspected, and accepted for a return. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment
