AJA 12G-AMA-R-ST Overview

The AJA 12G-AMA-R-ST is a compact audio embedder and disembedder equipped with 12G-SDI input and output, supporting resolutions up to 4K/UltraHD. It includes a single-channel LC Fiber SFP Receiver designed for long-distance signal reception via single-mode fiber.

This device provides 4 channels of balanced analog audio embedding and disembedding. Disembedding is always active, delivering four analog outputs. For embedding, each audio channel pair can be set to either pass through the original 12G-SDI audio or embed analog audio from the provided breakout cable. Analog levels are fully adjustable.

The converter detects input video formats automatically and is ideal for installations with limited space. Configuration is possible through USB with the free AJA Mini-Config software or manually using the onboard DIP switches.
