Featuring four M.2 NVMe drive bays loaded with 8TB SSDs, this powerful array delivers a total of 32TB storage capacity. Connect via Thunderbolt 3 and experience read speeds up to 2800 MB/s and write speeds up to 2450 MB/s. A secondary Thunderbolt 3 USB Type-C port allows daisy chaining of additional Thunderbolt 3 devices.

Preconfigured in RAID 0, this solution also supports RAID 1, 4, 5, and 10 modes. Its plug-and-play operation and rugged ballistic hard-shell case make setup and travel seamless, while the included AC power adapter ensures stable performance. Preformatted for Mac, the array works with macOS 10.13 and later. It’s also compatible with Windows 10 and later, as well as Windows Server 2016 via SoftRAID for Windows. Please note, RAID 4 and 10 are currently supported only on macOS.

Note

For optimal performance and compatibility, OWC recommends using macOS 13.5 or newer.

OS Requirements

The OWC 32TB ThunderBlade Thunderbolt 3 RAID Array works with macOS 10.13 or later and Windows 10 or newer. A Thunderbolt 3 connection is required. At present, RAID 4 and RAID 10 modes are only available for macOS. The drive is preformatted for macOS but can be adapted for PC use with SoftRAID for Windows.
